But you have to take it almost complete apart to just add an extra m.2 drive or add more ram. You have to take everything out to get to adding anything. If anyone knows an easy way to add a m.2 drive, Please let me know. Event the Lenovo support was not helpful.

This unit was purchased to hook to a television in a conference room in order to have video conferences and do the occasional spreadsheet onscreen. Works Perfect. Not for gaming or extensive use but for surfing the web and streaming video. Just fine.

It is super fast, never gets hot and can run multiple programs at one time. This mini desktop is a must buy.

I have had 8 prior desktops and countless laptops - all from brands other than Lenovo. This was my 1st and absolute last Lenovo purchase. After 2 months, the screen began randomly going black for a few seconds then coming back, then blacking out and coming back over and over. I have tried 6 different cables to no avail, 2 different monitors to no avail, and sent this garbage computer to Lenovo TWICE only to have it returned saying they could not figure out what was wrong. What company can do this? No replacement offered and I am still under warranty with Lenovo. They want me to KEEP sending it back and forth to useless "diagnostics" I sent them a video showing the black screen and still then are clueless. HORIIBLE company, awful product and I am out $750.00

Watching more than one video seems to cause buffering on the two I bought. I tested this by using my Microsoft Surface Pro laptop, pulled up the same thing, and it had no buffering of any kind. Both units had the same problem. I probably need to return them, sadly.

I plan to use it in my condo en Mexico, for that reason I asked Geek Squad to check it out and do minor setup. Very happy with results. In Mexico I have a usb speaker that will make up for the lack of sound now.
