Who knows what else to do what I'm trying to do and you sell me this with 2 ports on the back i ask does it cone with a key board he says yes my son says he didn't think so and sale guy says yes it does this stuff gets shipped to my house guess what monitor no speakers lol computer no keyboad go get one use up the 2 ports like my gosh and 14 day return stores dont answer calls customer service is in another state, country?

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button and ensure all updates are installed completely.
