I ordered the product online from BestBuy's website. The process was smooth, and i was updated frequently on the items arrival. It showed up on-time and works great, especially for my price range.

It does what I need it to do. I haven't had any issues with it. I have been using this laptop more than my MacBook. The camera quality is trash but overall it's a great product. I love it. I'm glad I was able to get it before it sold out. The battery will last pretty much all day depending on what you are doing.

the laptop itself was terrific, nice size and clear sharp screen, good sound and I love the shutter to block the camera. I did not like the new version of Windows. Hard to find where to do settings had to go to youtube many times for videos on how to use. very frustrating.

This refurbished unit actually gave me quite a pleasant surprise as it works very fast in processing multitasks and screen is bright and vivid. Charges fast and battery life is good Very light anf easily portable but big enough to work on comfortably. I am very happy for the value i received for such a great price.

good laptop if you are looking for a budget laptop to do basic work processing and looking at regular websites on the internet. Pentium processor is better than celeron . sound quality is subpar, if that is important to you consider buying a external or bluetooth speaker for this- overall good value for the money

Excellent product. I have no complaints. I had one and unfortunately the screen cracked from a rough airport security check, otherwise that awesome laptop would have still been running.

I had to buy mircosoft word. I needed a computer for school. It works great. I have never had to buy a program like word for a computer. Just beware of this befor buying
