This laptop replaces a 6 year old Toshiba I had. I am pleased with the weight of the unit and how long the battery lasts, It starts fast and the fingerprint security is a convenience. I bought it on sale great deal for the price.

I have been enjoying this laptop ever since I’ve purchased it, the only thing I can complain about is the screen, I didn’t really like it turned out and I don’t use it very often and somehow my screen got this weird smear on it and I can’t seem to get it off.

Bought this for my mom's retirement gift. Just for her to do some minor word processing and i guess internet browsing. It is definitely capable of much more but I always believe that its better to have more and not need it than to have less and need more.

Great price for the specs. This is now the fastest and most advanced laptop in our household containing 4. We're not gamers, or heavy users...this is primarily for household tasks. But we do process large photos.

Very satisfied with this purchase, nice size screen, easy to navigate. I purchased a Lenovo laptop previously. However, this one is much better. I was also impressed with the service provided by the Geek Squad team.

Picked this up when it was on sale! Great little all in one laptop at a great price for a touchscreen option! Plenty of battery life and ability to multitask! Lightweight and very nice looking! Would buy again!

Good Laptop for the price point. Does what I need it to. Purchased to have a computer why traveling so I don't use it enough to give an accurate response to battery life but it appears to be pretty good. Lenovo has been my go to brand for years now.

Really like my new Lenovo laptop. Enjoying the touchscreen. Does everything I needed it to do. And for a great price. Knowing I have geek squad backing me up if necessary is such a sense of security.

Good laptop. Fast bootup and stable WiFi. All apps seem very fast compared to my other laptop and desktop. It took me a little while to figure out the fingerprint scanner is actually the power button, but that is a handy feature. A few minor negatives, I had to turn off S-Mode right away to load the apps I need. 2nd, the camera resolution leaves a bit to be desired, very grainy, but fine for Zoom and Teams meetings. I like the built in slide cover for the camera. 3rd, I'm still getting used to the keyboard layout. Not having a dedicated Home and End key is hard to get used to. (you have to press the Fn key, then Left or Right arrow so you need 2 hands to use them) But overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. I find myself using it at my desk as it is much faster than my workstation computer.

Bought this unit because of the processor and storage, but upon opening and trying the laptop, I elected to return it. The keyboard was soft and the overall build quality was suspect - lots of plastic. It's a good unit, but I elected to buy a 2 in 1 instead.

No complaints other than the mousepad not being great. From right clicking only after a few months, the right side of the mousepad sunk much lower and seems to be in the process of breaking. Other than that it is a solid computer that can handle most games on low settings.

Bought this as a gift for someone. For the amount of memory, features, etc it was well worth it for the value.

Great value! Seems to be exactly what we were looking for....touchscreen is a great feature its not glossy and more of a matte finish....bit great running system and storage for the price!!

I bought this computer for my wife. Very easy to set up. She uses it mainly for surfing and shopping plus banking and email. She is very happy with it and especially the speed!!

Very fast and no problems with setup. Runs Win 11 without any problems. Has a great screen and good battery life. As my I said earlier, so far it has been a fabulous purchase

This laptop is quite convenient and has a good ease of use. The weight is good making it light and easy to carry. I would like, but was unable to find a har case cover (shell).

Great computer. Its fast, the touch screen is extremely smooth and i havent had a single issue yet.

Been using it for a year now and it does its job. Can be a little slow at times when I have several tabs and windows open. Touchpad is also a little off to the touch, but I guess that's just how it is. I don't regret the purchase!
