I bought it open box but the laptop itself was in perfect condition. The only thing I saw not acceptable is the actual box which was opened in a mishandled manner. I don't care about the box as long as the computer is in perfect condition. It exceeded my expectations. The sound was clear and crisp when playing my music. The screen size is perfect for my needs. The keyboard backlit is one great addition to this laptop. Screen is full hd. I have no complaint what soever!!!

For the price, the laptop has good features and packs a powerful machine. We did have some trouble with the wifi adapter, but GeekSquad went above and beyond to help us with the device. Overall a powerful machine with very good performance for the price. Definitely better then Dell Inspiron 4xxx,5xxx series.
