Simple tasks that should be completed quickly now take an excessive amount of time, hindering my efficiency and causing frustration. This sluggishness has persisted despite my attempts to optimize the system and remove any unnecessary software or files. Furthermore, an even more concerning issue is the laptop's tendency to shut down spontaneously. It has become a recurrent problem, and I have experienced numerous instances where the laptop abruptly powers off without any warning or apparent trigger. This behavior is highly disruptive and renders the laptop unreliable for important tasks. In an effort to address these issues, I took the initiative to send the laptop to your service center for repair. Regrettably, the service provided did not yield any noticeable improvements. The same performance issues persist, and the unexpected shutdowns continue to occur, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with the result of the service.

I got it for my sister who is starting college and needs to run Microsoft office and maybe a gew other programs for school. She also plays sims and enjoys the touch screen.

Then, to make matters worse, I was hit with a blue screen that I couldn't get rid of. I tried resetting it and nothing would work.

As of writing this most laptops in this price range come with 250GB SSD, this one has 500GB, which is a really nice upgrade if you need the extra space. The screen is nice, the laptop feels nice. It's a nice machine and I would recommend it.
