    Good laptop for a good price.

    Nice machine, especially for the price. Much more useful than a Chromebook. Maybe upgrade the system drive if it looks like it's getting filled up? Fast & capable processor with nice display. Overall a solid product.

    It does everything it's supposed to do. I wish the keyboard had a backlighting option. Keys do stick occasionally.

    slow...irritating Microsoft popups

    Slow start up...too many Microsoft popups to deal with - annoying ads and no Word installed. Have had to restart too often for a new computer

We'd like to work with you to resolve this issue. We believe that managing system notifications and updating system software to resolve performance troubles may improve your experience.

      To start, this Microsoft Support has a webpage shares instructions how to adjust notifications to prevent undesired notifications from popping up: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/notifications-and-do-not-disturb-in-windows-feeca47f-0baf-5680-16f0-8801db1a8466

      Next, with updating your system, to do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. (If your system is running on Windows 11 Home (Non-S mode)) Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button.

    Had an issue

    I bought this computer in September. Twice it went into safe mode for no reason. Geek squad said they probably could not fix it. I reinstalled Windows both times. So far after the second reinstall it's been ok.

    Don't ever buy Lenovo

    I understand this is a budget laptop but that shouldn't mean that I have to get it fixed twice in less than a year of owning it. First time out of nowhere (I babied this laptop) it started sounding like a lawn mower so I returned to best buy got it swapped out now in under 4 months I have to get it fixed again cause it's struggling to connect to the Internet when no other devices are struggling to connect to the Internet. I'm in college I don't have time every other month nearly to run up to best buy to fix a brand new laptop
