The new one has windows 11, easy to install apps and must faster and easier to use. I even purchased a printer and that was the best thing ever than going to the library to print. Glad I purchased my great and wonderful gift toysrlf.

Affordable Computer for School

She was so thankful and has let us know she really likes the computer, and has since been able to do classes on it!

It seems to be good for basic use. I haven't had any issues except it has had me reset pin several times, It is lightweight and I wish it had an additional HDMI port.

It's lightweight, and has all the capacity ineed for basically word processing programs that i use. I didn't want anything that had all kinds of whistles and bells, that i wouldn't use. This fits the bill, very well.

Everything else has worked as expected and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

To start, this could be a software issue based on online reports. We recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
