Everything else has worked as expected and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

To start, this could be a software issue based on online reports. We recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

Don't have much to compare it to, but it does well for what I use it for, I bought a wireless mouse because I don't care for the laptop style. Like it better now.

Since I purchased this computer, I am loving it because the GB are faster and a lot stronger. When I log in to my school and check my personal emails, the system responds quicker.

I love that it had a number pad as well. 2 USB, 1 on either side helps with desk set up. Overall happy with it out of the box.

It’s really good for school and what I use it for but again I would not recommend buying this if you’re expecting some powerful gaming machine.

Grandsons laptop
