    Decent laptop for the price paid. Has little speed issues, but i am ok with that since i only ise it for little things. No light up keyboard, thats a downside even for me. Overall, fitts the price.

Regarding your note on performance slowdowns, if you're not multitasking on the system, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue with performance inconsistencies by addressing system bugs.

      To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

    Does what is required and expected. Battery life is about 3 to 4 hours. Would like the battery to last a little longer but it does the job.

    Product is fine but customer service is terrible! Called about set up of printer and first rep cut me off and second rep was not knowledgeable and seemed to be using a script. Neither spoke English well!

    I would have liked this purchase more but I informed the cashier what I was getting the laptop for and I was told different information regarding what came on the laptop. It did not function as fast as I was told it would not did Microsoft come with it. That would be a separate app as well as charge.
