    My son loves his laptop, we purchased a hp but kept heating up . So we returned and looked for one that best can help and be suitable for school since he started college this year and so far he is amazed and loved it . He picked it since he is studying computer science .

    With little help from my "friend," my best friend, my wife, I am finally getting used to and liking my computer very much. Thanks to Geek Squad for setting up the computer and transferring data from my old one, my computing times are far more enjoyable than my old computer allowed.

    We have a few Macs in the house but still need windows computer for items no compatible (certain software). Bought this on Labor Day sale and it's great!! Biggest letdown was no backlit keyboard. Seems like all laptops should have this feature these days. But thats the biggest complaint so far, lol.

    Couldn't be happier with the Lenovo Laptop. Got everything I needed or wanted in a laptop. Plus I purchased it on a Best Buy special day, so that was a great price reduction. I must mention the staff. They are courteous, more than helpful, and the Geek Squad Desk is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

    Having replaced my old laptop with the Lenovo IdeaPad, I also purchased Geek Squad coverage for a year. Absolutely no regrets. As a Senior, I easily adapted to the few subtle updates with the help of the excellent Geek Squad. Great value, great performance and will keep coming back to Best Buy after more than 20 years!

    Laptop is very cheap and it does the basic office work you need. It’s not a gaming laptop that can process things super fast, but it does the job for excel, emails, and other paperwork’s.
