I had a Lenovo laptop in the past, then got a different brand for the next pc. Recently, when Windows 10 phased out, I chose to get this Lenovo Ideapad and have been very happy with it so far. BestBuy had the best combo of price and delivery options of any other vendor I searched, always a reliable place to buy from.

Bought for my daughter for college last minute… great for what it’s needed for. Best Buy no longer gives points if you don’t use their credit card. I’ll be buying from other places from now on due to this final straw with this company and things that have happened.

Needed Windows 11 for wife to replace old HP. I had already purchased a Lenovo not long ago - also Windows 11 equipped and it has served me well. Therefore, for price and features this Lenovo for wife seemed good fit. I had Geek Squad assist the info/data reload. Between both Lenovos I have grown fond of touchscreen tho still use mouse as well.

with the exception of windows 11 and it ai based architecture the laptop is exceptional for gaming and its touch screen gives many options for any user. the price is a definite plus in comparison to HP or many other high end laptops. its 5 star!!!!!!

For the price, I can’t complain. Lost a much more expensive laptop and needed a new one for school. Didn’t want to spend a ton of money. This pretty much does everything I need it to. Runs pretty smooth too, granted it’s brand new so I hope that holds true. Overall, if you need something to get you through school or work and don’t need to do anything overly complex, this should do just fine.

I purchased this because I decided to return to school, I typically use a MacBook and am likely biased. Typically it’s easier to navigate campus websites, platforms, programs, etc. with a PC hence my purchase. I didn’t want to spend too much and decided to go with it because it has a touchscreen, which my Mac doesn’t have. The setup was simple, I was able to access my gmail and outlook accounts right away. My passwords were accurately stored and it was simple to log in and out of my accounts. These things matter and it was working out okay. The issues I experienced were only being able to connect my iPhone via hotspot, I have tried many times and it won’t synch over WiFi. This is also a pain because I have to do it every time I use this computer, it’s not seamless as it is with other laptops. I cannot even begin to describe my hatred for Mccaffee, it’s preloaded on the Lenovo and will torment you until you get rid of it. I never fall for mccaffee, it’s a subpar service and an extremely expensive product that’s packed with nuisance ads. The VPN is useless on a phone and can cause disruptions with WiFi and if you don’t cancel your subscription be prepared for a 200 dollar plus sticker shock the following year. So, bad on you Lenovo for going with the worst antivirus out there. The touchscreen is responsive, as well as the keyboard. I like that it has a full number keypad, this is a rarity on these devices. What I hate about the keyboard, no backlight! This is awful in the evenings and even worse if you have bad eyesight. The screen resolution is meh. Overall, a great computer if you’re starting out in college or just need a computer that has all of the basics covered. Long story short, I gave in to temptation and traded in my old MacBook for a new one which is surprisingly compatible with my educational needs and works seamlessly with my other devices. I decided to give the Lenovo to my kid, the parental controls are a breeze to setup and have an easy to use app. If I were an Android and/or PC user I might like it a bit more but I got sucked in by Apple far to long ago to be able to turn back.
