    This is the worst laptop I have ever used, I truly mean that I cannot believe I spent $320 total for this piece of junk. 8GB of memory is not enough with as much dumb stuff comes preloaded onto these things (applications in which you aren't allowed to remove). I use chrome 1 tab open and it crashes. "Aw, snap! Out of memory". I use Microsoft edge "Aw, snap! Out of memory'. I open my files and my computer black screens and I have to wait minutes only for me to open whatever file I wanted and for it to crash. You cannot multitask on the laptop, you cannot even single task. I think I would have been happier paying $320 for a car to hit me. Oh well

    I bought it in June 2025 and the screen stopped working a few days ago. It hasn't been dropped or bumped. I'm hoping it will be covered by the warranty. Otherwise it was going fine, if a little slow.

    ABSOLUTE JUNK! Within 2 weeks this unit was getting the white screen of death, freezing up, and shutting down browsers, regardless of which one used due to not enough memory. Im not storing much files/data AT ALL! This occurs with one window open or 7. Doesnt matter. Neither Lenovo or Bestbuy will address it. I needed a very basic laptop to simply run multiple windows at once. This one FAILED MISERABLY almost immediately. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY & TIME. Buyer Beware.
