Thought this would be a good, general computer. Function was good until the screen failed after only 3 1/2 months of very light use at a home desk only. Best Buy Geek Squad did eval & said screen failure not covered under the limited warranty. Tried very hard to get in touch with Lenovo, but never got the promised callback. Had to laugh at the warranty: "Any pre-existing defects in your product that occurred on or before the date of your purchase." Means the warranty covers *nothing*. I would never purchase another Lenovo product.

These updates can adjust power regulation leading to enhanced performance and can correct faulty or outdated drivers that may be causing the screen to jump around. To check for updates in Lenovo Vantage, start by launching the Lenovo Vantage app and selecting the “Check for updates” button on the right-hand side of the homepage. To check for Windows Updates, start by launching the Settings app, then selecting the Windows Update tab on the left-hand side of the page, finally select the “Check for updates’ button located in the top right of the page. Very slow and locks up all the time. I took it into the store a couple of weeks ago and was told that I needed more memory. This came with 8GB which should be enough. The tech played around with it a little and got the notebook working just fine. It's now locking up and slow again.

No delivery no tv

Never got the tv , 1st time best buy never set up the delivery so i waited 2 months then 2nd attempt to deliver they never delivered vud not find my house. They must not have had Gps in their truck. After that i cancelled the order, they said it was going to take another 3 wks for delivery.

After buying this laptop, I thought I scored a great deal for $300 — but it turned out to be a huge letdown. It runs super slow, Chrome keeps crashing, and the whole system glitches nonstop. On top of that, the sound quality is awful. After just two weeks of using it, I’d strongly recommend you don’t buy this laptop.

A few days after I bought this an important bios app was down loaded , after it restarted I could not log in recd a message from intel something went wrong. I returned this laptop for a new replacement and the same thing happened. took it back for a refund sales staff handled it very well problem was with the laptop.

I got back in June I used very little because it very slow freeze every time i can’t do homework for more than 10 minutes before its start to freeze on me. try to trade in and they offered $70 for a brand new laptop. save your money.
