It was a pop up sale from best buy on my phone. I was looking for a replacement at that time. Computer is used for banking and games. Does a great job. Much lighter than the old computer.

Great computer dispite low batter save

Its fast, holds space, batter life could be better. My solution to it was selecting the option to turn on battery saver when it hits 50%. That saved a lot of its batter before it even hit the 50 mark. Touch screen is great! The best first computer I've ever bought for such a great price! Definitely recommend for gaming and overall personal use. I named it Ouroboros :)

NEW LAPTOP

I called Best Buy and asked for a good lower cost laptop, and they told me that they had one on sale at a great price, so I bought it and had the Geek Squad set it up. I had this all done in less than 2 weeks.

Great value, especially on sale

We use this primarily for entertainment (watching videos, playing online mmos), and it very rarely struggles. The 250 GB hard drive is the only thing I would change, but for the sale price it’s worth it. Just ordered our third one.

Decent for a temporary laptop

It worked decently, but crashed way too often, even after clearing up the drive space. I only had it a year before buying something better. If you need something basic, this is an option.
