So much faster than my previous laptop, really eye opening how fast things perform. I got a great deal on an open box and it was PERFECTO!! I really love this PC and the Lenovo default install does not seem over bloated at all. Really great performance and graphics, my steam collection is working great on this.

Laptop is working very smoothly, bought specifically for casual web browsing and light business work, it is not used for processor heavy tasks (gaming, video editing etc). Got a very good Black Friday deal and my family member is thrilled to have a computer that is not slow as molasses any more. Boots up in a hurry and browsing is bliss.

Good deal when on sale for $419.00

Lots of ram (16 gig), decent processor (AMD Ryzen 7), runs pretty fast. Great looking screen. Since it's not top of the line, its made with a plastic body.

Works great so far, and is a winner in my kid's eyes. So far does not run hot, and is as fast as you would expect from a Ryzen 7 (which is good for what we use it for). The most gaming we use it for is Minecraft, and it's great for that.

We make sure we remove all the adware that slow down any laptop and we only find one. Bestbuy laptops are not contaminated with these adware. So far, it is performing really well. She loves the speed and she doesn't need good battery since she plugs in all the time.
