Got the laptop for work and it's incredible. The 16 GB memory makes Zoom work perfectly, at least on the user's end. Streaming is fast and smooth, and I have nearly no wait times when loading a page. I also have been able to do some gaming, including Mass Effect LE, A Plague Tale, Deathloop, etc. They all ran near flawlessly. The battery life isn't as great as it could be, but it depends on what you use the computer for. The resolution is fantastic and I've never had any frame rate drops. I got it on sale, but it would absolutely be worth the full price as well.

I primarily use it to play Roblox since graduating lol. It's a great computer and runs games better than my PC. The graphics are great and I've had no issues with it! Just be careful

We needed a computer for my daughter in college. She loves how easy it is to use for writing/Researching papers for her schoolwork. Would purchase a Lenovo again if we need another computer.

Bought this for my elementary school child. Works great so far, and is a winner in my kid's eyes. So far does not run hot, and is as fast as you would expect from a Ryzen 7 (which is good for what we use it for). The most gaming we use it for is Minecraft, and it's great for that.

Fast startup, minimal bloatware, decent size hard drive, this is an excellent value. Great laptop for everyday use. Touchscreen is a plus, works quite well

It’s a really solid laptop for the price. I was going to get a Macbook but went with this because the price and the specs were better. I use it for school and it meets all of my needs. Its touchscreen, which was a requirement for me. The only thing I don't like about it is the keyboard placement. It’s different from my last keyboard and I am constantly hitting the number lock key by accident.

I purchased this laptop on sale . I use for work. It seems to do office tasks really well. I like that its touch screen as well as touch pad.

Im actually surprised i could run fortnite on this great laptop for a beginner on the pc world, graphics are great and runs super smooth

I love this laptop!! Simple to use. Easy setup. Touch screen worked perfect. If and when this one breaks down, I’ll be buying another Lenovo. I was skeptical at first, but made the right decision.

My old laptop was on its last leg. I decided on a different laptop as a replacement. When I went in, the BB agent walked me through each version available in my price range and how they compared. I decided on this model and couldn’t be happier. It is fast and my family loves the graphics card for gaming.

Gave this to my grandson for Christmas- he’s had it for almost a year with absolutely no problems. Great computer brand and would recommend!

I've used this laptop almost everyday for the last month for school work and I've had no issues whatsoever. I've also used it while traveling for work and had no delay in streaming or problems communicating with family.

I bought this for my son because his previous chrome book was too slow. This laptop is more than I expected. Very fast and he loves it. Touch screen was a wonderful bonus.

Amazing PC!! So much faster than my previous laptop, really eye opening how fast things perform. I got a great deal on an open box and it was PERFECTO!! I really love this PC and the Lenovo default install does not seem over bloated at all. Really great performance and graphics, my steam collection is working great on this.
