However - the touchscreen capabilities oddly do not work, and upon troubleshooting via Lenovo/Microsoft's eSupport QR code (located on the laptop) or via various forums, I have not been able to get it working again.

Fast forward to 3 years later I decide to get one myself. Great laptop! battery lasts a good while; the touch screen is a life changer!! I use this laptop for work as well as for personal use. Highly recommend!

Fast and Reliable

This Lenovo does just what I need. I use it in my classroom and at home. The screen is clear, the initial set up went smoothly, and after a month of use, it works just fine.
