Not used for school or business, just personal stuff. Only had it a month or so so it's still new. The only drawback is there aren't more ports to plug in things and the speakers are weak. Otherwise, it suffices.

I even more happy with the service I received at Best Buy. The person who worked with me gave me a lot of helpful information which made my choices clear. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name.

Would be nice to have a backlit keyboard. Feels flimsy and cheap. Lightweight yes, still big and a chunk compared to my old Lenovo Yoga. Has a matte touchscreen but does not feel very responsive compared to other laptops. Seems to process things well when it comes to opening PDF files and searching One Drive. I do not recommend this laptop for the $799 price and would urge you to only sped about $400 on this.
