Reasonably priced. User friendly. Easy to navugate with the touchpad

It is a nice laptop; especially for the students. For the price, it is worth to buy it.

Ill give it a 3 only because there werent any reviews for the labtop i got, on top of that i did find some reviews for the same computer but it didnt have the same specs as mine but mulitiple stated about the plastic rim falling off a month into owner ship and for what i paid id rather it be a sound and functioning laptop

Runs kind of slow and when you go to the Lenovo help window it won't scroll down and this is has a touch screen. Otherwise, and average computer, but wish I would have bought another Dell even though their battery charging ports break after about a year.

I work on a thinkpad and was expecting more from this idea pad, very disappointed.Keyboard and body made of cheap plastic. It has so much spam and sale ads built in. I’m glad I got this on sale because it is not worth the full price. Not even the sale price is worth it. 16ram means nothing acts like 4gb ram, it’s takes forever to open even one program. All the programs built it are all trials. Ur basically buying a web browser. Even the browsers have so many spam pop ups. The Track pad feels the cheapest, it feels like you’re clicking into nothing but empty space underneath. I would not recommend this to anyone. This feels and acts like a $100 knockoff laptop.

I love Lenovo products This review is based solely on Best Buy's customer service... Or lock there of. I purchased this item on the 3rd of September. At the time of purchase I was given a date of 4th of September. On the 4th I woke up to a that my new expected delivery date was somewhere between the 18th and 25th of September. I wasn't happy, but nothing much I could do. I left town on the early morning of the 6th and was gone for 2 weeks. I realized around the 27th I was supposed to have already received my package. Looked online and to FedEx it had been delivered and left on my porch in a box that said "Lenovo Laptop" and was in the middle of my stairs, no effort to hide it or disguise it whatsoever. Clearly it was picked off by a porch pirate. I submitted a report through FedEx, I thought it was Best Buy since the picture and information was brought up thru their website. Didn't hear anything so I contacted Best Buy. Heard nothing so I contacted them again. I'm now told that my refund request is not valid because I didn't notify them within 2 weeks of delivery, even though I didn't know it had been delivered and my estimated delivery date wasn't until two weeks after. So I'm out $476 and they just say oh well

Alex picked the computer. I should have tried the keyboard. I hate the numerical keypad which I never use and which reduces the size of the typing space. Screen quality is very nice with my photos.
