Great tech support but screen color poor

I called tech support and they were able to reset the laptop and it seems to work fine now. I give teck support 5 stars. Never have I had such great help. They even called again the next day to see if all was OK. My only negative with this laptop is the screen color is very washed out with a bluish cast. It just isn't vibrant at all.

Nice everyday laptop

Lenovo Chromebook Solid product

Satisfied with my Purchase
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been pretty good so far, it was a learning curve with all the new Microsoft things and having to disable certain functions to download the Norton app, but overall the computer does what it needs to do. It does lag at times and goes slow when doing multiple things, which is a drawback since I got this new one because my old one does the same thing and freezes. I’m hoping it was just too many tabs opened and it won’t happen again. I’m satisfied with this product and it is doing what I wanted it to do, basic personal work and when needed to attend a zoom meeting I can do that.

Pretty sure there’s some kind of virus or something on it now, as it’s running at 100% CPU constantly and going very slow after only a few weeks. Will do some scans and see if I can fix it myself as we’ve only had it for a few weeks and already past the return window.

Good! Serves it's task!
