The system is painfully slow, even for basic tasks like browsing or using Word. It takes forever to boot up, and opening applications feels like a chore. The lag is constant, making multitasking nearly impossible. Updates seem to make things worse instead of improving performance. The display is equally underwhelming—colors look washed out and the brightness is too low even at maximum settings. Watching videos or editing photos is frustrating due to the lack of clarity and poor contrast. The screen also has noticeable backlight bleeding, which ruins the viewing experience in dark environments. I expected better visual quality for the price. Unfortunately they sat in the box for 3 weeks before new hires started, so I'm outside of my return window. Anyways, these laptops are HORRIBLE. I have a Lenovo from 4 years ago that works like a DREAM. Bought two of these exact ones and whatever programs/apps they have pre-installed on these don't even let you get past setting up the user. Not functional for ANYONE in low or high capacity. They're absolutely 100% non-functioning laptops. Avoid at all costs. Screen lag: 5-7 MINUTES, literally, waiting 7 minutes for the mouse to move from one spot to another on TWO of the same laptop... not just one "oops you got a bad one" situation.

Bad Quaulity product

The internet keeps disconnecting randomly, even though my Wi-Fi works perfectly with other devices. I’ve tried updating drivers and changing settings, but nothing helps. It’s really frustrating, especially when working or streaming. I wouldn’t recommend this model to anyone.

I bought the laptop on a week day and on the following it was supposed to be delivered, but I never seen a package. When I call them, they asked me to give them 24hrs to get back to me and still nothing. I called them again and they said that they will reach out to me in 3 to 5 business days. And I bought it early knowing that it will be here before the weekend because it was supposed to be a gift for my mother on mother’s day. I am extremely disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

Also, regarding the touchpad issue, to help remedy this, first, in Windows Settings, follow these steps to get to touchpad settings: Bluetooth & Devices > Touchpad. There should be an option to toggle the touchpad here, please ensure it is on. Also, there is a touchpad toggle tied to a function key on the keyboard, F6, which can be used to toggle the touchpad on and off.
