    The computer freezes. Its take too long to boot up. And when it takes a while to load ip any app that is in the computer windows is very slow. But for the price its ok.

      To start, we wish to provide some context on the system's intended use. This model is an entry level, light use system designed for singular, non-demanding tasks. This IdeaPad is also good for using built-in and compatible applications available in the Microsoft App store. This model ships with Windows 11 Home in S mode Operating System, a more secure, lighter version of the Windows 11 Operating System due to the computer’s entry level specifications.
      Should you feel you are using the device for its intended use and still experiencing a performance issue, we recommend searching for and applying any available updates through Windows Update Settings. Also, ensure that your home Wi-Fi network is compatible with, and is capable of supplying your laptop with sufficient bandwidth to deliver the performance you desire for internet-based tasks.

    Bought two of these exact laptops for new hires. Unfortunately they sat in the box for 3 weeks before new hires started, so I'm outside of my return window. Anyways, these laptops are HORRIBLE. I have a Lenovo from 4 years ago that works like a DREAM. Bought two of these exact ones and whatever programs/apps they have pre-installed on these don't even let you get past setting up the user. Not functional for ANYONE in low or high capacity. They're absolutely 100% non-functioning laptops. Avoid at all costs. Screen lag: 5-7 MINUTES, literally, waiting 7 minutes for the mouse to move from one spot to another on TWO of the same laptop... not just one "oops you got a bad one" situation.
