Been pretty good so far, it was a learning curve with all the new Microsoft things and having to disable certain functions to download the Norton app, but overall the computer does what it needs to do. It does lag at times and goes slow when doing multiple things, which is a drawback since I got this new one because my old one does the same thing and freezes. I’m hoping it was just too many tabs opened and it won’t happen again. I’m satisfied with this product and it is doing what I wanted it to do, basic personal work and when needed to attend a zoom meeting I can do that.

After the first use the screen went black and it would not work. I called tech support and they were able to reset the laptop and it seems to work fine now. I give teck support 5 stars. Never have I had such great help. They even called again the next day to see if all was OK. My only negative with this laptop is the screen color is very washed out with a bluish cast. It just isn't vibrant at all.

The laptop is good for schoolwork. When trying to run multiple applications it seems to lag. Comes with several applications loaded on it from the factory. The screen is like an anti glare and it is difficult to get the settings for brightness to look decent. It does the job and it was the best product for the price! I’m happy with it.

The Lenovo Ideapad 1 is a basic, budget-friendly laptop great for light everyday tasks like web browsing, typing, and watching videos. Its 15.6" HD screen is a decent size, but the Intel Celeron N4500 and 4GB of RAM mean it can be slow with multitasking or heavy apps. The 128GB eMMC storage is enough for schoolwork or simple use, and it's very lightweight and portable. Not for gaming or demanding software, but solid for basic needs.

This laptop works well for basic tasks like checking emails, creating documents and spreadsheets, and browsing the web. For the price, it gets the job done. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for anything graphics-intensive, as the display quality isn’t the best. It’s a solid choice for everyday use, but not ideal for design work, video editing, or gaming.

I purchased this laptop for traveling. I work remotely and wanted something simple and lightweight at a good price. I don't need lots of storage, just a basic laptop with the numberic keys to log into my work computer remotely. It was on sale for $199 and wasn't available in the store. So salesman had it shipped to me for free. Arrived in about 5 days. It's perfect, thank you Best Buy for the great deal!

Looking for a low cost laptop was my priority as I only needed it got basic Microsoft 365 work, email, browsing, and watching streaming movies. This laptop fit the bill but I realized it performs much more than the minimum I had hoped for. The speed is amazing. Ergonomically well designed too. Great value indeed!

Great machine. Surprising thin, light case. All specs check out as advertised. Good video, speed and superior keyboard. Great price for all the features you would need. Came completed set up for ready-to-go operation. Delivered quickly and packaged with care. Lenovo brand (we have 3) has consistently shown us to be a reliable, workhorse brand for us and this Ideapad has not disappointed.

havent really used this much yet but the price i think will make the purchase well worth it.

It fulfilled my needs, but probably not use it for haming like I wanted to. I like the big screen and the clear pictures. The color also pops as well. A great recommendation if you are in need of a laptop.

Very good entry level windows laptop. Great for student. It is also OK for daily tasks, like email, web browsing or youtube. If you are able to upgrade the memory, it can carry more jobs.

I haven't used it a huge amount. I mostly use it for rwmotw work and 360 word. It works nicely. I havent been able to get it to work with wireless casting to my tv yet, but i will work on that in the future.
