You get what you pay for. I use this explicitly for doing written work, nothing super heavy. It's a good alternative if you do a lot of writing and need a transportation option. This is a great, very cost-effective laptop! I bought it for some online classes I started taking a couple months ago, and it did everything I needed it to, albeit a little slowly when I was running multiple programs and had multiple tabs open on my browser. I personally prefer macOS, but I was looking for a lower out-the-door cost and this Lenovo was the right price. I ended up selling this to my brother who loves it and is getting much use out of it and got myself an iPad haha! Highly recommend this laptop though, great deal!

I needed a laptop for college, and I do have to say this is a great bang for the buck. It battery stays charged for hours and it is easy to pull out when I am on the go to finish up class work.

The laptop is good for schoolwork. When trying to run multiple applications it seems to lag. Comes with several applications loaded on it from the factory. The screen is like an anti glare and it is difficult to get the settings for brightness to look decent. It does the job and it was the best product for the price! I’m happy with it.

However, I wouldn’t recommend it for anything graphics-intensive, as the display quality isn’t the best. After the first use the screen went black and it would not work. I called tech support and they were able to reset the laptop and it seems to work fine now. I give teck support 5 stars. Never have I had such great help. They even called again the next day to see if all was OK. My only negative with this laptop is the screen color is very washed out with a bluish cast. It just isn't vibrant at all.

Lenovo seems to always make great product even one as this simple laptop. It's great for a person that genuinely just needs an everyday comeputer to do basic life. Performs well, connects seamlessly to whatever display you want to connect it to, whether buy hdmi or projection. The screen is actually really decent as wrll.

Purchased for my 8 and 7 yr olds...They use them to log into their school portal to do school assignments and continuing educational programs. They are perfect for what they need so im giving the item 5 Stars. I would recommend the product for similar situations because the Chromebook functions for its intended purpose.

I had to bring in my laptop on 2 occasions and each time and received excellent service. This laptop has helped my wife to complete all her work and communicate with her team via Zoom and Microsoft 365 with no problems.

Looking for a low cost laptop was my priority as I only needed it got basic Microsoft 365 work, email, browsing, and watching streaming movies. This laptop fit the bill but I realized it performs much more than the minimum I had hoped for. The speed is amazing. Ergonomically well designed too. Great value indeed!
