Geek Squad information transfer from old laptop

I finally went in & asked for a different tech to work on my laptop. Travis assured me that he would review everything and start from scratch. Travis was able to transfer the information and sort out my laptop in a day! We made sure all the information was transferred & that I was satisfied & all questions were answered! The senior CIA, Chavez also stopped to make sure that I was taken care of and that the situation was resolved to my satisfaction. I was extremely happy with Travis & Chavez they are both wonderful ambassadors for Best Buy!

But after a couple of months with it— I can clarify that it does run fast. I’ve downloaded a couple of games on there and it still runs fast. It works great with me as I use it for college mostly and some games sometimes.

I was debating between will forever get Lenovo products now. Far exceeded my expectations, the ability to have a dual split screen is my favorite feature for when I’m working on documents instead of switching back and forth between tabs.

I have been satisfied with my first one over the years (Windows 10 with AMD Ryzen) that when I decided to purchase a new Window 11 laptop, I visited Best Buy (and several other stores) and after comparing different laptop makes/models, I was most impressed with Lenovo, and I have not been disappointed with my purchase. Just a few notes to consider. I wasn't satisfied with Windows 11 in S mode, so I switched to Windows 11 Home, which was simple to do. I have only used the computer (so far) while plugged in, so I cannot comment on battery life (so I provided a rating of Average). Pricing for this laptop has really changed recently, and even though I found a lower price several weeks after purchase, the Best Buy price match/refund policy was not very customer-focused (in my opinion), so my suggestion is to wait until it is on sale for a great price and never look back.

It was an open box item and I couldn’t even tell it had been used. As far as the computer it works exactly as advertised I am considering getting something better but for anyone looking at this item it’s a great product for the price

It is actually a very capable laptop that has zero lag and have had over a dozen windows open with no issues whatsoever. Made pretty nicely as well. Was a great buy!
