The laptop works great, if you your idea is to only check social media, online shopping and have a laptop because some things you can't do it on the tablet or phone, this is the kind of laptop you need. I like the HDMI feature, the big screen, the complete keyboard and the 2 USB ports, its not very heavy that's a bonus too. The price is good if you don't need a super fast equipment.

Great computer for a great price. Bought it refurbished and it was basically good as new! Just needed something to read and write with, so this was perfect.

I am extremely pleased with my new laptop. This was a Best Buy refurbished purchase. I was a bit concerned buying refurbished however the very affordable price made it enticing. It was refurbished to new in my opinion. The only thing lacking is the original box. Best Buy had it packaged safely and it arrived in stellar condition. Very happy with my purchase!

Works pretty fast, easy to use, and the screen is big which is a good thing.

It serves the purpose I needed it to accomplish. Very minimal and sleek design. It does come with a built in camera, and it has a privacy shutter which gives you extra peace of mind. It only comes with just 128 GB of storage, and i do not think it's expandable (internally), but having a external hard drive can solve that issue. But it may not be the right laptop for you if you needed more space for video editing etc. Because of how inexpensive it was, the value of the laptop is amazing!

computer works fine and looks good. I had no camera. I tried the online support but they couldn't help so I went to the store and luckily the lady who signed me in knew immediately that the camera was shuttered and had to be opened. No one told me and thank good ness she was there. Now it works fine.
