It has give me the blue screen a couple of times and has shut off on me multiple times.

Also gave me a black screen when it still had 10% charge so that's weird. I'm frustrated because I was just thinking about how this was a great purchase only to be stabbed in the back.

Fast and lightweight budget laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The pros are, it's light weight, has wide screen, completely quiet , very fast with an SSD and 8 gigs of ram. The cons are, it's very thin and all plastic. If it ever gets dropped I don't see it surviving like a metal one would. The select buttons are under the track pad, kind of hard to select anything without accidentally moving the cursor.

The brand was unfamiliar to me. I was unsure about refurbished devices. I had never before orered from Best Buy. But I liked the price, so I thought why not? Every doubt dissappered into thin air. It arrived solidly packaged and when they said it would. When Iifted it from the box it was as if I had purchased brand new computer. It even smelled brand new. And once it was all set up I fell in love with it all over again. The keyboard action is the best I have ever experieced on any computer. And it is quick, too. In the blink of an eye, it is right where I wanted it to go. I suspect I'll be able to say, after a few days more of use, that it is the best computer I have ever purchased. I love it. I've never said that before of any computer I have owned or used.
