||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a great first impression when I purchased idea100s - 30 free support, user guide printed with no garbage fonts and when I called for support they understood what I was asking for. When I have problems with idea100s due to bad Win10 install, I purchased idea120s thinking I would have the same great first impression. Not so. The user guide detailed text can not be printed due to a strange font Lenovo used to create the file. I tried to convey this to support and they thought I had printing problems at my end. They wanted to charge $69 to give a workaround how to print the UG. When I asked about the 30 free support before all they could repeat "fee support" which sounded like free support. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they were either at lunch or had gone home and did not callback when they said they would. There is no way to contact Lenovo to get them to correct the UG to use a font that works. I downloaded the Vantage s/w from Lenovo website and that had errors too! Luckily Vantage s/w is available on the Microsoft store website and this one works. The mouse jumps around periodically for no reason. After I reset the computer it seems to improve. Seems Lenovo quality has greatly gone down from 2 years ago. Luckily all I need to use the Laptop is for reading ebooks which this works.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you had issues with your IdeaPad 120s-11 laptop. Here is a link the User Guide for this model. It is a PDF file format. There is not "special" font being used. Be sure you have a PDF Reader software installed on the device. If you still can't print the manual, check your printer settings.
