Great product for the price.

It is lightweight, has the traditional 16/9 screen ratio unlike the new weird ones. Does not have the ridiculous copilot button instead of the right ctrl which is frustrating in many new ones. It has everything needed in a portable laptop. I returned a gaming laptop before this and it was a great decision. Just buy a ps5 if you want gaming, gaming laptops are not portable and embarrassing with their fan noise. I like the touch screen too. This is a lot of laptop for its price. The color is nice too, it looks better in person. The case is prone to handprints but it is not too bad.

Great Buy

Any price higher, probably wouldn't recommend it. But thanks to Best Buy for always having deals. with the i5 intel processor with 16GB RAM, it works great for multitasking plus I love the Abyss Blue color.

Needs to Upgraded to align with current Technology

There are many out there cheaper than this and yet support multiple external displays. The processing power is good and but it definitely needs to be upgraded with current technology. We cannot have multiple limitations on features and yet charge a higher price point. This is more like Chrome with some additional RAM & SSD.

Regarding your comment on the number of displays supported, this chipset can support up to 4 total displays (including the laptop display) via its HDMI port and by using a USB dock or hub that supports dual-monitor video output, yet does not rely on DisplayPort Alt Mode for video output, since this IdeaPad does not feature a USB-C port that supports DP Alt Mode.
We hope that the information shared helps provide some insight and understanding that may improve your sentiments on the system.

Lenovo ideapad 1 with core i5

Its a laptop that "does the job" simple job
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This laptop occasionally turns on and the screen is black but it has the password option so its like delayed i guess on the graphic. i do not know the fancy stuff around it like ram or cpu or stuff like that but this laptop is average. the screen seems dim even at above middle brightness. i dont like that. and retains battery for like idk 4 hours . its a dang laptop how is it it only last so little? I got it at a "deal" and paid like idk $450 i think

To start regarding battery performance, system efficiency and bugs, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
Also with battery life, 4 hours is common for users of this system, as there are many components that can simultaneously draw power from the system. Also, by default the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.
