I purchased this computer for online college because my other computer did not meet the requirements for the testing center. When I got it home and unboxed it, I plugged it in, and it immediately started up and went to setting itself up. This is one of the most straightforward computers I've ever had to set up. I have had the computer for a few weeks now and have enjoyed working with it; the display is crisp and bright, and the keyboard and mouse are sensitive enough that you don't have to have a heavy hand to type or move the cursor around the screen. The battery life is surprisingly long. I have used the computer every day except for the last three days since I purchased it, and I've only had to recharge it once since the first initial charge.

This is my first laptop I ever bought. I needed it for school for online college classes. My friend told me make sure I get one with a i5 Intel processor and I'm glad I did. It is so fast so responsive. The touch is smooth and Lenovo support is always there for you. When you need them. It comes with a 10-month warranty but you can extend it with geek squad. This thing is great. I will be buying Lenovo for a while now. Just wish that I had gotten one made in 2025. This one was manufactured in 2024 but I'm just nitpicking. It's a beautiful machine!

Loving it.. I purchase this laptop because was looking for something that I can take on the go, since have a desktop which I cant do. It works perfectly for my daily needs!! The only downside of it,is that it doesnt have the keyboard ilumination,but its something that I can live with and for the price I pay, no worries here.

This laptop's specs have all the capabilities of meeting my entertainment needs as well as being able to handle a fairly medium workload for business. This in my opinion is a true definition of "best bang for the buck".

This was a great buy. Needed something mid level with a little more processing power and space but nothing crazy.

Light weight, sleek, easy to use, it doesn’t have fingerprint recognition for password but that doesn’t isn’t much of a big deal for me. The screen makes me think of a kindle a little in its dimmest settings. Very matte screen unlike other typical laptops. The touch screen is really smooth and accurate. This laptop is great for school and business needs. I myself am a graphic designer and the laptop's i5 core runs great for this purpose. I can also hold multiple tabs and applications open at once. The display is great, but my one complaint is the battery life being quite low but other than that I would highly recommend.

Purchased 2 of these laptops and I can confirm these are loaded with intel integrated UHD graphics. This model of laptop is being advertised with Intel Iris Xe graphics and that is not the case. Please update the product page @bestbuy.

Love it a works great just in time for school I love how it’s easy to manage a set up . My daughter also love to play her game in it as well

excellent product, that the screen is touch is easier to use, it is fast, I use it for my work in accounting and some videos for social networks. I am quite satisfied with the durability of the battery. it has a compact look, and it does not weigh much. it is functional for my office work.

Great value for the price and the purposes I needed it for. The integrated graphics and i5 processor work great for older games or newer ones on low graphics settings. Battery life is subpar however and the need to press function in order to use the Fx keys can be annoying.

My dad loved it and he got it for Christmas. It was a very good gift. The laptop is responsive and fast good for the price. I would definitely recommend buying it again. It was a reasonable purchase.

Don’t like the fact that battery life is short, I like that it is very easy to use . The price was very affordable.
