Overall nice laptop. Got it for our teen as she begins college recruiting and scholarship apps and whatnot, along with any school needs and it's perfectly adequate for all of that. Obviously not for heavy gaming, video editing, etc, but you should know what you're ordering. I've not noticed any bugs, starts up quick, seems speedy at all tasks I've asked, setup was quick and painless. Overall, good choice!

It's exactly the laptop I needed, and the price is really good. It has a nice appearance and it's not heavy. The delivery to Costa Rica was sooner than expected.

We bought this for our boys for their schoolwork and it gets the job done. 15 inch FHD screen is great for PowerPoint presentations and web apps like schoology, prodigy, etc. The boys love it.

The laptop is a good one and does just about anything basic you will need it for. If you're buying for just standard use like browsing, streaming, or other typical tasks, this will be more than enough to help support that. The laptop itself is also pretty light, and good for travel. While I'm not a fan of touchscreens, it's a nice additional option to have for those who prefer to utilize that feature. One thing is that the storage itself is very low, so you wouldn't want to get this laptop for any major multimedia use. Storing music and photos will probably be fine, to a point, but videos and larger HD images will probably fill up the storage on this quite fast. Overall, decent unit, nothing fancy, but seems reliable overall.

I wanted a portable lightweight computer for home, traveling, and working anywhere. This computer is light weight and the battery stays charged for a long time. I love this laptop. Best one I have ever purchased. I would buy it again.

This is the perfect laptop for school use. I just needed a laptop for internet, zoom meetings and writing papers. I'm very happy with this purchase and glad I didn’t spend more. 8G is plenty for my needs and the laptop runs quickly.

Fast computer. Can only run it for a few hours before charging but the battery charges quickly. Nice display. It came with an anti virus software but I already have one I like.

Purchased as a gift and he loves it. Gets the job done on web browsing and sending emails. Touchscreen is a gem and long lasting battery.

I've only had it for a lil over a week now (10 days), and have mostly used it for doing work reports. So I haven't had time to really test its limits but, it's great!! Really fast, easy to use and navigate, multitasking is no prob. I look forward to discovering all the other features and uses of this laptop!! Only complaint, battery life, it did say it only lasts about 10 hours or so but you don't realize how irritating that is until you start using it and battery life goes from 100% to 20% in just a few hours. Overall I'd recommend this computer to anyone looking for everyday use laptop, ie games, work/school and watching videos etc

Loved this laptop. Starts up fast, does not freeze, and keyboard feels nice. Battery life is great too. Will buy another Lenovo Ideapad for my daughter.

I also purchased an additional 8GB of RAM for about $15 and installed it myself (easy) and now it’s extremely fast. Great value for just normal WFH / internet usage, etc., so it fits my needs perfectly.

The computer is fast, efficient, and the touch screen has the option to be turned off if I don't want it or need it. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

I absolutely love this laptop. The touchscreen is an added plus to documents that require a signature. It’s so much better utilizing the touchscreen than trying to do a signature with a mouse.

Still learning more about this lenovo every day. It is a great improvement over my old lenovo. Like the speed and set up.Very light weight.
