Everything is satisfactory, except for the battery, which lasts no more than 1.5 hours. Additionally, even when kept charging for an extended period, it never reaches 100%, lingering at 99%.

So far so good. Havent had any issues with this laptop.

It’s been fine since April of 2023 and ever since January of 2024 the back screen keeps popping out of place. Cross my hear I’ve never dropped it one time

A great value option if you have a small business!

Honestly this has been the worst computer I’ve ever had. I used to own an hp but due to memory storage I had to change. It’s true it’s touch and great but it has been even two years and the hinges are not working anymore. It’s def not worth it.

I had this laptop for less than a year before the hinge suddenly broke from normal use. After that, the back panel of the screen would come off just from gravity, so it couldn't be kept open or closed without causing more damage. A piece of plastic cracked off the front and the front panel started to warp by the screen. I turned it over to take a picture for this review and then the screen became distorted and unreadable after that. This seems to be a common problem, and it's unacceptable that a cheap plastic hinge destroys the entire computer to the point that it's unusable. I definitely will never buy a Lenovo again.

Have yet to power up but have a ?WHY wouod BB ship a torn open box.Package was left on mu porch.When I picked ip the box I was shocked.Open and missing packing material so it was sliding around in the box.I do hope it did not fall out of the box while being transported! TRULY SHOCKING disregard by BB. How stupid could a worker be to slap a label on and send it like that?
