Very nice machine

I bought my first one in October and it's awesome. This is the best deal I have found on a laptop with the i5 processor. Can't beat Best Buy on computers and printers.

Nice Computer, cord not received

Called customer service and they said they couldn't provide the cord, I'd just have to return it. it's open box so I wouldn't be able to exchange it. Kinda disappointing since I order lots of computers from Best Buy, but it was easier to just order a cord from Amazon than go to a store and play the open box game.

Old one kept blue screening and I needed to secure a new one. Glad I made this purchase. Geek squad assisted with setup of new laptop. They provided great service and answered all my questions. I finally traded in for this model, which has not give me one day of problems. Thank you Best Buy for treating your customers so well
