Major hinge problem

At this point, the display screen doesn't turn on. I researched the issue only to find out it is something that Lenovo is aware of. The worst part is that they won't repair/replace it without a charge. If you get this laptop DO NOT get it without a protection plan. I only gave it 2 stars because the performance was good.
