So far, I have no major issues with the laptop, easy to use and set up. I like the idea of being able to switch between the keyboard and touchscreen, no glitches so far. Speed is excellent. IdeaPad serves its purpose as required.

This Lenovo Ideapad 3i was intended to replace my wife’s 8-year-old Lenovo Flex 4-1470 touch-screen laptop. The goal being a newer, faster, securer, lighter, laptop with a larger display and longer battery life. But two issues, that she could not overcome, were the primary reasons for the 3i being returned after 7 days of trial use. (No issues returning, and kudos to Best Buy for their very easy 14-day return policy.) DISPLAY: Although larger, this touch display was not sufficiently bright as compared to her much older Flex-4 and it was very noticeable difference. Also, the 3i’s display uses a non-glare coating that made every window appear a tad fuzzier and less sharp. KEYBOARD: She could not adapt to the keyboard keys that she felt were smaller and “mushy”. Again, comparing the 3i to the Flex-4 keyboards was huge physical difference that was causing her to make numerous typo mistakes. Now I will admit, the 3i is a cost-effective laptop that has many above average features and attributes, that should meet if not exceed, most user requirements for daily lite computing. Personally, I believe I could adapt to the display and keyboard limitations, but this 3i was not intended for my daily use. RATING: The 3-Star Rating earned is an average of my personal 4-Stars with my wife’s 2-Stars. Although the 3i did not meet her requirements, I’m fairly certain that it will perform sufficiently for others’ daily computing needs. There are numerous 5-Star rating by others, therefore it may well be a worthwhile option for anyone wanting a new cost-effective touch screen laptop.

Been great so far for the money, nice and fast, the touchscreen works well, and the battery lasts for a while. I use this as a mobile work laptop, so pretty light duty stuff and its everything I need.

This laptop is solid mid range laptop that can be slightly upgraded with additional RAM and SSD storage. I was shocked how well it can handle some light gaming but it will definitely not do high end games.

We love this computer and would highly recommend it to anyone. My husband is enjoying the touch screen and loves the color. This is the perfect size and is sleek and trendy.

I recently entered the job market and I was literally utilizing a dinosaur laptop to apply for jobs. I started going over Best Buy's website and made a list of laptops that I really liked. I called up Best Buy and told them I needed a good laptop that was fast, good for working froming home, applying for jobs etc. They led me straight to this laptop. The touch screen is so handy and the speed is awesome. I think this would be a perfect laptop for anyone working from home or a college student. I definitely recommend.

The computer is super lightweight amazing for students runs fast super easy to set up, and is an amazing purchase I would recommend.

No issues so far. The keys aren't crowding each other making it hard to type. The screen is perfect size. It's lightweight. Very happy with this purchase so far.

This is a good, basic laptop for your everyday needs. Me, personally all I use it for is browsing and online shopping so I don't have a huge need for anything like gaming and such. It runs fast, and it's touch screen which is a bonus. I had a Macbook Pro from 2019 that slowed down a lot and decided to try a cheaper laptop for now and this will do. I have yet to see how the speed and performance lasts after a few months to a year but this is great for the price I got it for on sale for around $350. Would recommend to students, people who work at home and just for casual browsing.

So only had this for about a week now, and probably only about 15 hours total, but I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised so far. My other laptop is an old (2011) Macbook Pro, which I love bit is starting to get too far removed from updates to fully function in today's computer world. Needed something that could and didn't want to speend $2k+ for a new Macbook Pro. Saw this on sale, with decent specs and decided to take the plunge. So far, for the price, I like the speed, feel and look of it. Haven't really used the touchscreen functionality yet (and may not as I'm not a big fan), battery life seems decent, but certainly not extravagant so far, but it loads up fast, and does the basics without hiccups, at least so far. For the price, I'm happy (but will miss my Mac!).

This laptop is perfect for what I need. It's fast, compact, and lightweight. I've been using it for about a month and haven't had any issues with it. It performs better than I expected. I like the touch screen and I'm very pleased with it.

this laptop is exactly what I wanted. Great screen size, decent keys and Easy use make it a decent product, price was great.

Order this laptop for my dad to do office work on (microsoft products, taxes). Good memory size and ram for what he needs. Good battery life. Does not have usbc thunderbolt charging though. Lightweight but kind of bulky.

Love this laptop! Runs perfectly. Spees is wonderful. No issues using and creating dicuments and additionally ive used it to run some games as well with no issues!

I love this laptop! It is so fast so smooth and everything! I have not bought a laptop in a long time so I depended on the worker that was there that morning. And I’m really pleased that I did! Now a days I have no idea what comes with it already like Microsoft Word, Excel etc. but it came with I was surprised! I had to return Microsoft 360 and get my money back! The only thing when the worker was explaining this laptop model was he said Lenovo I didn’t like that but I wanted to try them out cuz I only get HP but this time I needed what could afford in my budget!

Overall with a 15.6" touchscreen, a capable 11th gen core i5 processor that can handle any office or leisure related task (aside from gaming), 512gb SSD for adequate storage, and 8gb of RAM, you can't really go wrong with a budget laptop like this.

Great value - this laptop had the most horse power for the price. It has a nice display, but is lightweight. It also has a touch screen which is critical for me.

I needed a reliable laptop for home use. When I read the reviews, I noticed that a lot of people had bought this for their child's use. So, seeing that it was good for children, I took a chance :D. I like the keying action, the spacing of the keys, the keypad (I do numbers a lot), the touch screen, and the size. The size took a little bit for me to get used to because my last piece of crap lap top was MUCH bigger. But heavier, too. Highly recommend this laptop. :)

Our laptop gave up the ghost after 15 years, and the Best Buy tech/salesperson steered me to this Lenovo because I told him that we wanted something very basic just to surf the web that was reliable, easy to use, and faster than our old one. He was right on the money. Setting up and using the Lenovo was pretty intuitive and a snap, even for a dinosaur like me. It is light years faster than that to which we had gotten accustomed. Great buy.

I am thrilled with this laptop considering what I paid for it! I use it for Microsoft Office 365 programs, Google Chrome basics, online streaming, and design/sales websites. (No gaming or larger programs like Photoshop.) Battery life is probably average - not enough for an overseas flight, but reliable for several hours. I’d say it’s a workhorse more than a powerhouse - which is exactly what I needed.
