    Purchased in 8/23 for son to go to college. Last week of finals the machine would not power on. Had to send back to Lenovo. Now waiting on the item so he can take it back to college. I have not had an update since item was mailed to Lenovo.

    keyboard is somewhat uncomfortable to use compared with others. The software does not seem to work as well as it should, but it is functioning. I'll keep it but will buy a more expensive one the next time.

    Lenovo laptop developed a problem in less than a month. I called Best Buy. They said because it was more than 10days after purchase, it was between me and Lenovo. I expected more from Best Buy. My last purchase.
