Operating system of course microsoft. No problems with getting system up and running personalizing it to my needs.

Reliable Lenovo IdeaPad

It has a plastic chassis, relatively thin bezels around the display, a full-size keyboard with a Numpad on the right, and ports on both sides. The speaker grills are at the top of the keyboard deck, and the air vents are on the bottom. I didn't care for the "S" mode it was too restrictive. Otherwise it fits my needs fine.

Great even for those technology challenged

I got the Microsoft 365 package also and set it up with no issues. This is a different operating system than I am used to (newer) but I am slowly figuring it out.

Love My New Laptop

Use it with web-based applications and often streaming at same time on secondary monitor - no issues at all. Very fast, processing speed is great.

Pretty nice laptop

Only caveat is that is comes in s-mode but that was easy enough to fix. Nice feel, not bulky and does not feel cheap. Bright and clear screen. Battery is pretty good, as well as can be expected with a backlit screen.

Nice but too much Microsoft Conrtol

What I don’t like is the control Microsoft has/puts on a personal laptop. I guess they expect you to pay extra for all their “crap” most people don’t want. The “S” mode is ridiculous and almost impossible to turn off unless you are a real computer geek. All I wanted is a laptop that does what I ask without paying a lot of extra dollars.
