Works perfect, no issues at all just follow the instructions and prompts with windows 11. Easy to get it out of S mode. This is my second one for my two high schoolers.

I purchased 3 of these for my girlfriend’s kids. 2 of them met their end. That is not to say they are not good computers. The kids who broke theirs were hard on them. If you are extremely kind to them and gentle, they will last. The oldest still has hers and she treats it well. The first the youngest destroyed the screen, the second the child broke the backlighting by keeping the brightness as max and never turning off the computer. If you’re going to treat it well, no worries, but if you’re going to be hard on it, this computer won’t last for you.

Got this for my daughter for Christmas, she’s in 7th grade and it looks to be a perfect entry level computer for her that should last a decent number of years.

So far I really like my new laptop. It types nicely. the screen is nice. I'd say my only complaint so far is that the outside of the computer (the front) gets grease marks on it real easily.

Great price and a fantastic everyday laptop. Easy to download and connect to the internet. Best buy has great service and love their app.

The laptop works nice, screen is better than expected and with the processor the programs run great and no lag, not for gaming but there’s a few than can make them run without much lag

I love almost everything about my new computer. The worst draw back for me is that I can not connect to my work website. I do blame this on myself for not filling understanding that an Idea book is not the same as a computer.

Nice notebook for a great price. Reliable and accurate scrolling using keyboard. Touch screen is easy to use as well.

Great value, would highly recommend for the specs. As with most new laptops, no cd/dvd drive. No issues so far. Battery life is pretty good for everyday use.

I purchased this laptop to replace my older Ideapad where my graphics card became corrupted after a BIOS update. I was really upset and didn't know if I wanted to purchase another Lenovo product. After all the trouble shooting and even sending my laptop in via Geek Squad to verify if repairs were really needed, I purchased this new Ideapad as there was on great sale. My main concern was all of my information on my old laptop that I needed. After going through the setup process with my new Ideapad, all of my information had seemingly automatically transferred over from my old Ideapad. I was shocked and grateful. Everything was automatically uploaded to my Onedrive on my old Ideapad and set up exactly on my new Ideapad. I appreciate how my new Ideapad has a ten-key pad, which I didn't realize when I purchased it, but I wished my keyboard had a backlight as my old Ideapad had.
