I hope I remember his name correctly. My last visit to this location was over 3 years ago because the customer service was nonexistent. This trip was so different. He was patient and took the time to explain the options of my repairing my old Microsoft Surface versus purchasing a new laptop. After showing me several options, I gladly purchased a brand I’ve never used and left my Surface for recycling.

Only lasted 2 years

I would have to wrap the cord around the computer in several ways just for it to charge for the day and it was stressful to deal with. Yesterday the charging piece came out and my computer and I went to a computer repair shop and he basically told me itd be too expensive to repair so i might as well just buy a new one. There were a few minor things that bothered me like the poor battery life and how slow itd run at times but i genuinely did like the computer after the first year i had it.
