It’s fast and he is able to play a lot of different games on it. Hasn’t had any problems with it at all. I would definitely recommend it.

When I go to download anything an error comes up saying that the product is not Microsoft authorized and it wants me to down load a mysterious program. How do I turn that off?

The only thing I didn’t like was the customer service in the store when I went in to do a pickup online order, which they make it so easy for you just to pick up in store. But the lady who had helped me was very rude, didn’t give me a bag, rolled her eyes. And it was very unprofessional. But over all the experience with the computer has been very good.
