Keyboard layout and touch-screen and item weight are all good. While its RAM and processor speed might not be that of a more powerful & expensive laptop, I have no problems with or reservations about this product.

The only problem was, it had a store account on it that was encrypted and couldn’t be removed. I had to bring it 45 minutes to the nearest store to have geek squad re-load the operating system. I had to leave it there and come back later that day to get it. Not the hassle I expected from buying online. Should have been fixed before it was shipped.

Due to the solid state drive, it is quick to respond. She also likes being able to use the touch-screen. It is lightning fast compared with her old machine! And with a $200 discount, this notebook computer was a steal!
