It's been a year of using this laptop and it's running smoothly. Haven't had any hiccups. The only thing I don't like is the slots to plug the power and the USB and HDMI are all on the left side of the laptop which makes it kind of a pain for me but otherwise it's great.

Loved the laptop while it lasted. When my coworker spilled coffee on it it was going to cost me as much as the 3 year accident warranty to send it out with geek squad with. 6-8 week turn around wait to basically find out it was fried..wound up just buying another one.

This is a great laptop for home office tasks and streaming entertainment.

Computer works great. However, the windows 11 C, it's not as expected from a PC. The computer itself is easy to work with. It detected and connected to the printer smoothly, for instance. The materials used in the parts flow with the hand and wrist stepping up from the desk and the chair making it a pleasure to do my typing and work: Giving the height of the keyboard a good ergonomic value. The screen display won't reflect the lights around me so I can clearly see the carachters and pictures. However, the new program running on windows doesn't have all the apps I used to have on other computers before windows 11 home in S mode, for instance the older QuickBooks. Ouch! I know MSFT has to compete with others. I would say computer is great yet windows does not make it easier for some
