    Excellent laptop for everyday use and/or school. Only comes with Windows 11 in S Mode, but can be upgraded to full version for those who are more advanced users. Storage is 256 SSD, but it has a card slot, 3 USB ports and a HDMI. I also purchased the external DVD drive in the advertised package deal.

    Easier to use the others I’ve tried. Chemo brain is real. Rather than getting discouraged when trying just touch the screen and make it happen. I’m an apple woman from the 1st but I tried the Mac and I love the user friendly process with this computer! Thank you

    The notebook was fine, but I happened to catch a deal on a better device. Best Buy allowed me to return to swap and take advantage of the better deal without any hassel.
