Great product. wife still using this laptop for business almost 2 years later.

I really don't like this computer but it's not fair to give it 2 stars. It has great specs, everything I researched and wanted and does what it's supposed to do. It's just kind of cheap and annoying, but it wasn't that expensive and annoying is hard to quantify. The worst thing is that the bottom corner edge digs into my wrist when I'm typing. And I'm a typist and pianist, and pretty good at keeping my wrists up. I had a Lenovo 17" and my wrists really never reached the edges of the keyboard, so I'm really surprised by this.

Everything works well except the battery life. If you are going to be doing any amount of work on this laptop the battery will need to be charged often, that is my only complaint. Keep it in mind.

Great entry level laptop for web browsing and document preparation. This is a good laptop for users who are looking for a lower budget solution for home office/web browsing use. It lacks the higher resolution screens of more expensive non touch models.

great black friday deal! I got this for my aunt and the processor is really great, has 8gb of ram and 256gb of ssd for $300dlls, what else you can ask for? oh yeah it also has a touch panel :O

Got this laptop on a good sale price so it makes it worth it. Got it for my father so he can sit on the couch and have a computer. It'll handle everything a dad would need a laptop for. Wouldn't expect to play any recent games on this thing. Any old games should be fine on it.

Very fast processor, the textual letters is great and fast responsive. Im notnused to using the touch screen but is very nice addition. For the price it was a great laptop.

All the research that I did on laptop computers led me to choosing this particular computer. All the digging on websites led to Best Buy. Delivery and support were excellent. Next time I would simply travel to Best Buy and trust their experts.

Crisp details, runs very fast and is quite. Very small too, so i can take it everywhere. Definiitely glad i was able to take advantage of this black friday deal!

Good laptop. Using for personal use and some business. Has a good battery life but the display is not too clear so if you mainly work on editing or designing then I would recommended taking a good look at the screen quality

The laptop has been a wonderful surprise to me. I can’t believe how fast it starts up. I had to add several of my personal favorite apps and once I did that I loved it. Only thing is Microsoft is always trying to get me to use some of their products

Needed a laptop with specific features. Didn't find one on the sales floor. The greeter came over to help me since no one else did. She found one in the back that she thought would fits my needs. SHE WAS RIGHT. IT WAS PERFECT!!! Purchased immediately.

This is one of my favorite brands. I love this Laptop and I do this it worth the bargain price that I purchase this for. So far, no problems and everything ok. This I will tell you that you can purchase also if interesting.

i bought this for my parents. simple no frills laptop with above average specs. a little flimsy and screen not as clear. but for everyday checking of emails, internet etc. its great and the price was amazing. got it on sale.
