Insecently frustrating

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.3 months after we got it we had to take in as it wouldnt power up, sent in for warranty repair once and now we weekly at least have to undo the case and disconnect the battery because it continuesly crashes to the point that the case holes screw holes are no longer there. Im sure part of it is my son gets irritated while gaming and gets a bit aggressive but we shouldnt be having most of the issues were having with it.

So far it has been great. It didnt feel like it was physically built to withstand much like my more expensive laptop but i guess time will tell. As of now it works great.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 3i 15 Laptop, model number 81X800MCUS. This model ships with Windows 11 S-Mode, 64-bit Operating System installed. Windows 11 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 11 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. We are pleased to hear that the features and performance of the IdeaPad 3i 15 meets your computing needs so well.

This laptop is ideal if you're needing something basic for emails, backing up files, and just an overall light work. I didn't need any gaming features or heavy storage.

But can handle mukti windows. Maybe not games and youtube tho. I hooked up a external ssd for more storage

My only negative has to do with the screen resolution. I wish it had color and contrast options, but for the price I can't really complain.
