This worked for jist over a year long enough for tje factory warrenty to expore and it never really worked well. I turned it on one day and the screen was dead got tje screen back and it locked me out with bitlocker, got the bitlocker key and it came back saying the SSD drive was damaged, took it to tje computer repair people and turns out the motherboard is shot along with tje SSD drive. This computer NEVER had anything traumatic happen to it and certainly notheinf bad enough to damage both the motherboard and the SSD drive, my old laptop was knocked to the floor twice by my cat while the hard drive was running it kept on working this thing has been babied all of its short life and it dies in under a year. I am not happy with either the device or tje store tjat sold it to me, I do not beleive I will be buying another computer from Bestbuy. I bought this computer from Bestbuy because I was tired of buing DOA computers and computers that quit two months after being purchased from Amazon, but this one was no better I am tired of buying "disposable" computers, I bought this device planning on keeping it for at least 5 years last the last 2 and it barely made it a year.
