Battery doesn’t even last a hour. Not buying a Lenovo again. My MacBook is going on 8 years with 0 issues.

I was trying to download or buy the software. It would close the window, log me out, kept refreshing the page. The screen is fuzzy, not a sharp image. The battery is okay, lasts about 3 hours when it's unplugged.

First, with the glitching issue, if you have switched your device out of Windows 11 Home in S-Mode, ensure that the software you are trying to download is compatible with your IdeaPad 3i. If compatible, we recommend checking for updates in Windows Update settings and in Lenovo Vantage (if using Windows 11 Home (non-S-mode). After searching for and installing available updates and the issue persist, we recommend reaching out to Lenovo Tech Support and explaining your situation with a representative for help finding a solution. Regarding the display, this model IdeaPad 3i 15 features a 15.6" HD, touch screen display. If you desire a higher resolution display, we recommend searching for a device that meets your performance and feature needs and preferences before you purchase any device. With battery life, this model IdeaPad features an integrated 35Wh battery, with a battery life of up to 5.5 hours, depending on the work the device is performing. If you are getting substantially less battery life, first, set your screen brightness at less than 100-percent - try 80-percent to start with. Then, be sure Battery Charge Threshold is turned off. This power management setting should only be used when the laptop is plugged in all the time. It will prolong overall battery life by only charging the battery to 60-percent of capacity. You can turn off Battery Charge Threshold within the Lenovo Vantage APP installed on this computer. In Vantage select Battery Settings and turn off Battery Charge Threshold, if turned on. I should pay them to take off ads from MY laptop? Is it a game machine or a work platform? Not what I was expecting from their O/S. The hardware seems to be working OK, SSD is a big improvement over a H/D.

Had them initialized and loaded by the Geek Squad with the Total Tech program. I am extremely satisfied with my purchases as well as the services rendered by the Geek Squad! I had it for one month now with no problems. My only negative so far: I do not know like a touchpad without the two buttons like on a mouse. I will have to buy a mouse.

It is a large touch screen and seems to work well. Not a big fan of Windows 11, but that is not the computers fault. I knew that when I purchased it.
