    I’ve had a great experience with the IdeaPad 3i Chromebook. It’s fast, lightweight, and very easy to use, which makes it perfect for everyday tasks like browsing, schoolwork, and streaming. The battery life lasts a long time, so I don’t have to constantly worry about charging it. I also love how quickly it turns on and how smooth everything runs. For the price, this Chromebook is definitely worth it and gets the job done without any stress.

    I purchased the laptop for cyber Monday. Its now Wednesday and i absolutely HATE IT! Trying to copy pictures/videos into the laptop is horrible. It wont load! You cant download any good programs, like premiere pro. Using the internet is still SUPER SLOW. If you try using capcut, it will definitely not load. Its a waste of money. Im so disappointed

      We're sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your IdeaPad 3i Chromebook so far. With the ChromeOS devices, there are some apps offered on mobile devices that are not available on certain Chromebooks.

      With performance, there may be a resolution to improve system operation outside of the processor's limitations. To try to resolve this, try doing a hardware reset (visit the following link to learn how to do so: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/3227606?hl=en&sjid=11168473644130281663-NA), which reboots the embedded controller that manages various system components.

      If this doesn't resolve your issue, you may need to factory reset your Chromebook, which you can learn more about towards the bottom of the webpage tied to the previously embedded link. Also, you can contact Lenovo Support via an outlet that is most convenient for you for further assistance.

    Very light weight and easy to use. Start up was a breeze. No crashing, stalling or a lot of add interruptions. Battery life is fair and no different from any other computer. I would recommend this anytime.

    One month in and still going strong. I like the fast start up. When watching a lot of YouTube videos the cache can fill up and I have to clear it but otherwise haven't noticed the small memory capacity. I got it for $109 on Black Friday

    Only you open the computer and you are working at the moment to read emails, browse internet, news, Google search , social media and others. I like that. Not recommend to upload to much information in memory, Very limited speed and storage memory. But for the price you will not regret it.
