This laptop was purchased for my daughter for her birthday. She absolutely loves it, she says that it is very easy to use. The wide bright screen is a plus, she able to play games, watch movies and do her school work.

Good functionality. Processing speeds are fast enough to keep up with the workload of my job in data analytics and business management. It’s also light weight which is great for someone that needs to carry it everyday in a backpack.

Love it that it's a 15.6 great screen size and that I can take it anywhere especially in the car while with the kids when we travel so far stored lots of stuff, pictures and documents. Its real fast with the gigs will suggest this laptop to other .

One month in and still going strong. I like the fast start up. When watching a lot of YouTube videos the cache can fill up and I have to clear it but otherwise haven't noticed the small memory capacity. I got it for $109 on Black Friday

Only you open the computer and you are working at the moment to read emails, browse internet, news, Google search , social media and others. I like that. Not recommend to upload to much information in memory, Very limited speed and storage memory. But for the price you will not regret it.

This is the perfect laptop for our daughter’s first computer. It is super easy to set up and has a nice size screen. Bonus that it has a number keypad as well. Can’t beat the price!!

I’ve had the laptop for almost a year and it has been very good. The battery lasts a long time, it works very smoothly, it’s very lightweight, and it has great features.

I've never purchased an open box item before. I chose this from the top selection of open box and I'm so happy with it. It was reasonably priced and it's perfect. Arrived in a plain laptop box, but that's the only difference I could see from brand new one. It had all the usual bells and whistles. All the coverings etc and so far it's performed like a dream. The memory is small so you have to choose carefully what apps etc you download but I knew that when I purchased it. I wanted quick internet access that was not my phone and this is perfect for that. Set up is easy if you're an android user.

It works well loads very quickly in 10 hours of battery. Life is amazing. Definitely recommend this Chromebook.

I bought this for my 83 year old mother who had an older laptop for basic uses. This is so much easier for her to understand. It isn't loaded up with lots of unused software. The keyboard has a nice feel to it, the battery life is very good, it is much quieter (no fan running), and it is very light for her to carry. It also boots up immediately. She (and I) are extremely pleased with this purchased. And Best Buy's price couldn't be beat!

So far so good. Works great for what I bought for. Easy to set up and quick to boot up. Bought it to keep all of my organization stuff on one machine instead of on my personal. Chrome OS isn't too different form windows. Still a small cruve.

Haven’t used Chromebook as not totally setup. Admittedly the device has far more possibilities than my first Chromebook. As with most devices, appliances absolutely no information as to quick setup or any info. Fairly frustrated after initial attempts. Granted that’s my problem. I do like the size and have had excellent results from my previous Lenovo laptop. I will give this device more attention at some point.

I didn’t want a Chromebook I bought it anyway. I am very impressed how well it preforms. Great price fast start .

I usually use my iPad for a lot of my school work and creative endeavors but I needed a heftier one for my capstone project. This got me through my last semester of college just beautifully. It holds a charge, is easy to navigate, and was a great choice for the price.
