Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Chromebook Duet. There is one port on the Duet: a single USB-C port that's capable of 18W (9V/2A) charging and 1080p 30Hz video output (though you'll get bumped down further to 720p 60Hz on most monitors) by using a USB-c to HDMI adapter.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.3 weeks after purchasing a couple of these computers for my elementary school kids, the touchscreen is no longer responsive (on both computers!) and most of the kids’ learning apps that were previously responsive, now drag with frustrating lag. Unfortunately, it is past the 14-day return per Best Buy’s policy. This gives me a sickening feeling like I have been scammed out of almost $600. Just not fair.

Question about case

It doesn't need to fit the keyboard necessary. Any suggestions? Thank you.

I had this device for less than a month before the tablet part fell forward onto the keyboard (it's top-heavy and the kickstand is pretty stiff), and the screen cracked in the corner. Before I knew it, the crack had spread diagonally across the entire screen, making the touch screen unusable. Meanwhile, it took me so long to get a reply from Lenovo support that the machine went out of warranty, and they refuse to cover the cost of fixing it. I now have a three month old machine that is barely functional. I have never, ever, cracked a screen on any device in my life. This thing is flimsy, as is the manufacturer's support for it.

The Standard manufactures warranty on Lenovo products is 1 year and covers against manufactures defects not accidental damages. Best Buy offers a protection plan called Geek Squad protection that covers against accidental damages, drops, spills, etc. and comes in one, two , and three year options.

It regularly hangs and sometimes spontaneously reboots and sometimes is slow as sin - I've waited as long as 5 full minutes for a click to be acknowledged or an app to be opened. I purchased this model after carefully researching tablets and thought I had selected a quality model with plenty of memory.

This model ships with the Chrome Operating System and is compatible with Google Play Store APPs. Not all Google Play Store APPs are optimized for the Chrome OS. We recommend you check with the specific APPs software publisher's web sites, of the APPs you are using, for their compatibility with the Chrome operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this Chromebook's configuration. If the APPs you are using are optimized for the Chrome OS but the issues continue, resetting your Chromebook back to original factory settings may correct the issue.
