Did not meet my needs as a 2 in 1 worked much better for my work. The soft hinge and the flip back stand were no go for work-moved to 2 in 1.

I got a dud machine. The lower half of the screen is black and the top is blurry on waking up and powering on about 25% of the time. After hours of working on it, hardware reset, Powerwash, etc. Lenovo has confirmed it was a hardware problem. Now I get to pay to send it for repairs and wait several weeks to get it back. Then hope it works... Bestbuy won't exchange even though Lenovo suggested I contact them and ask for it since we are in lockdowns and it is only $299. Longtime Lenovo buyer (+25 machines), since the IBM ThinkPad days. I guess that ends now.

I was excited about the Chromebook Duet even before it came out and had every intention to pre-order it, but I know that the first batch of new items usually have kinks to be worked out. So, I waited several months watched review after review and read review after review before finally purchasing it several months later. I was excited because I was debating between this item and a Galaxy Tab S6. Unfortunately, the Tab S6 is way over my budget and doesn't include a keyboard in its price tag. So, I made the purchase because the Duet was discounted and I had a reward certificate I wanted to use before it expired. I signed in and download some of the apps I intended to use the Chromebook for such as: Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Prime Video, Kindle and Lingodeer (a language learning app). The previously mentioned apps were literally the only ones I installed. Everything started well, but when using the apps I downloaded from the play store the touchscreen became unresponsive. I could exit out of the app and the browser, files and etc. worked fine , but once I tried to use am app I downloaded from the play store the touchscreen no longer worked. I tried a number of troubleshooting solutions such as: restarting the app, signing out then in again, restarting the Chromebook and even resetting the Chromebook, but nothing worked. I purchased the Lenovo Chromebook Duet so I could use it to help in my language learning instead of my smartphone, but it failed. I had to redo a lesson five times because it kept restarting the app itself. Thank God it's only been about 8 hours and not months and I have time to return the item which I will be doing later today.

It is a nice compact device, the camera is not good but it is ok for me I don't need it often. The touch screen works fine. I was happy until someday it stopped working. Best buy asked $80 just for sending it to repair then there might be more for the fix. I decided to fix it myself, but this time Lenovo didn't provide the part I needed, they said the manufacturer stopped making those parts. I purchased it only a couple of months ago and it is a 2020 model. So disappointing.

This tablet is well built and comes with the keyboard and cover. Chrome OS updates regularly and automatically, which is nice. However, mine had problems from the beginning. It failed to come on without repeated presses of the power key, and the software was unstable to the point that it eventually crashed and told me I needed to "insert a startup disk." (?) I returned it and bought a different tablet instead. When this one did work, it was fine, but it just didn't work all that often.

After 48 Hrs with it, I would defiantly not recommend. It gets very bloated and slow extremely quickly. Writing on the display is awful, there is so much latency between you moving and it showing up and that is when using just one app. I will say it ran excellently for about 36 Hrs. Then its just been down hill performance wise since then. Am probably going to end up with a Surface.

The product was defective it had multiple hardware and software issues. It would turn on and off randomly when in use and the screen flickered. I couldn't use gmail or attach files. When I contacted Bestbuy they told me to take it up with the manufacturer and refused to help me. I returned it and won't buy anything else from Bestbuy.

Yes the display is FHD but it is just ok compared to my Samsung s5e Tablet. Track pad is NOT good at all. The right side sunk in the first day of use after just a few clicks and is very laggy when navigating using the trackpad. It seems to have a mechanical issue. It is going back.
